My Postal Credit Union is proud to annouce the addition of online banking to the list of services we offer to our membership. It is a easy and convenient way to conduct your financial affairs. Just click on the Icon and enter your 4 digit account number and the last four digits of your social security number for your password. If you are a new member or one transferring over from the Macomb County Postal Credit Union, please call (248) 332-4000 for a password. Once your have entered, be sure to change your password immediately.
Multi-Factor Authentication
We take your online security seriously. Therfore, we are utilizing a security feature called Multi-Factor Authentication on our Home Banking Site.
This security feature works 24/7 to protect your Home Banking account, even when you are not online. It helps against fraudulent logon attempts like "Phishing" and identity theft.
When you enroll, the system will randomly assign you a secret image, which you can change after you log on to your account. You will also select a phrase that will appear under the image on your Home Banking site.
The combination of the image and phrase is only known to you and the system. When you see your personalized image and phrase, you can be assured that you are logging on to our actual Home Banking site.
The security system also checks the computer that you are using to access your Home Banking account. If the system does not recognize your computer during a future logon attempt, it will take additional steps to verify your identity.

How to Use PostalEase
The PostalEase telephone system and web site provide a convenient, confidential, and secure way for U.S. Postal Service employees to enroll, make changes to, or terminate many of their employment benefits. These include Health Insurance, Thrift Savings Plan and Direct Deposits. If you have access to PostalEase on the Intranet (from the blue page) or at an Employee Self-Service Kiosk (available in some facilities), or utilizing the telephone by calling PostalEase at 1-877-477-3273. It is important to remember one must have a Pin Number to utilize PostalEase.

Hours of Service
Macomb Branch located at 7240 E 12 Mile Rd,Warren MI 48092 inside the Unity Credt Union is open 11:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The office will remain closed Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The Pontiac office located inside the west door of the Main Post Office in Pontiac at 735 W. Huron St. Pontiac, MI will continue to be open from 08:30 a.m. till 16:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. In addition, our members can continue to be served at any of the 21 locations of the Family Service Centers with hours of 09:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 09:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. on Saturday.
